Leadership Development:
Developing Leader Traits and Values
|
Being a leader goes well beyond knowing your job, doing a job, and telling others what to do. Understanding and utilizing leadership traits such as compassion, consideration and influence are keys to becoming an effective leader. Balancing your subordinate's personal needs such as promotions and recognition while achieving team and organizational objectives is the mark of a true leader. |
This workshop brings out the 17 leadership traits needed by leaders to be effective at all levels of the organization. We'll explore different leadership styles and models that can be situationally applied by your leaders. Your leaders will learn to build leader-subordinate relationships using trust, loyalty and compassion. Together with your leaders, we will create the framework for a leadership development plan. This plan will serve as an internal model to develop current and future leaders for your organization.
